SPONSONS
We design and install custom
sponsons to meet the operational needs of each vessel. A Sponson is a reconstruction by extending from the sides of a vessel to provide protection, stability, storage locations, mounting points, equipment housing, or to increase floatation.
From structural modification to compete system integration, the work is completed with strength, performance, and
long-term service in mind.
MID-BODY EXTENSIONS
A mid-body extension is a major vessel reconstruction that lengthens the vessel by constructing and installing a new section in the middle of the existing hull structure. The new section is carefully incorporated into the existing vessel through extensive structural work, fabrication, and complete system integration, creating a seamless extension of the original vessel.
MAJOR CONVERSIONS
From new pilothouses, bow thruster installations, and major structural modifications to equipment changes and complete vessel system upgrades, our experienced in-house team takes on conversions of all sizes and complexity. With extensive fabrication, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, piping, and carpentry capabilities, we can modify nearly every aspect of an existing vessel with complete system integration from start to finish.
